At Brandchive, we strive to provide high-quality digital products that deliver value to brand builders, marketers, and creators. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Digital Product Nature

  • All purchases made through Super Profile, Ruul, or other third-party platforms are for digital products only.
  • Once your order is confirmed and the files are delivered (via download link or email), the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

We may consider a refund only under the following conditions:

 

 

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive access to your product due to a verified delivery issue (e.g., broken link, technical glitch), and our team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your contacting us.
  • In rare cases where the product is significantly different from what was described on our website/landing page.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You thought the product was something else but the product description and preview were accurate.
  • You did not use or download the product after purchase.
  • You did not achieve specific results or outcomes (since application of our frameworks/resources varies by user).

4. Process for Refunds (if applicable)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email us at "hello@brandchive.com" with your order details (transaction ID, platform used, date of purchase).
  2. Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 5–7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed by the same payment processor used for purchase (Super Profile, Ruul, etc.) and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Responsibility of Third-Party Platforms

Since all payments are processed through third-party providers (Super Profile, Ruul), any refund (if applicable) will also follow their respective policies and timelines. Brandchive does not store or control payment data directly.

6. Regional Pricing & Refunds

  • Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion, applicable local taxes (GST/VAT), and payment gateway charges.
  • Any refund (if approved) will always be issued for the exact amount paid at checkout, in the original currency charged.
